Managed IT is priced against the estate. Per-user and per-device models both exist. What you pay depends on how many people and devices sit on the network, what line-of-business systems have to stay up, and whether backup, identity, and after-hours support are in the same stack.
EC does not publish a rate card on this site. A printed range would be wrong the week your headcount or your Microsoft 365 tenant changes. The honest next step is an assessment: we look at what you actually run, then we talk about scope.
If you already have an MSP quote in per-user or per-device form, bring it. We can say whether the shape matches the work. We will not invent a CAD figure here.
