EC Managed IT has been great to work with. Their team is always quick to respond when something comes up and they do an excellent job troubleshooting issues and finding solutions. They recently helped us with a full computer refresh of about 26 machines, and the whole process went smoothly from start to finish. Everything was well organized and handled professionally. What we appreciate most is how clearly they explain things. They make technical issues easy to understand and are always patient, even when we have lots of questions. Highly recommend EC Managed IT to any business looking for reliable and knowledgeable IT support.

Ellens and Sons Plumbing I called EC Managed IT on a recommendation. At the time our information was stored on one computer. I engaged EC to set up a more interactive format and to provide a functional computer network. EC was awesome in the implementation process, they provided a Hub that we can share information and set up our computers and manage all issues that we may encounter. We would highly recommend EC Managed IT Services. Initially, I worked with EC through a previous employer however when my current employer was having issues with our existing IT service providers; I suggested reaching out to EC to see if they could help. They came in and immediately fixed all the issues we were having and got us running smoothly again. That was a few years ago now. We have been very happy with the switch and have not had any IT issues since then. They now manage our Email, provide desktop support and security and work seamlessly with our industry-specific software providers. Received some malicious email from a trusted contact. Contacted Express Computers and they got back to me immediately. The did their magic, ran diagnostics and changed some passwords and we were back up and running in no time. Such a relief having Express Computers there for us when we need them. Their calm, patient approach helps bring down the stress levels a couple notches when these things happen.
