EC Managed IT supports manufacturers whose system of record is Microsoft Dynamics 365, Epicor, or SAP. The office and the floor have to agree on inventory and the work order. Email, identity, and backup have to sit under the same owner as that system.
An ERP outage is a line that waits. A workstation that holds the only copy of a routing is a weekend rebuild. A compromised mailbox is customer drawings and vendor files. Those are operations failures.

What breaks first
- The ERP is “in the cloud” and the first outage notice is a supervisor who cannot release a job.
- Shop-floor PCs and scanners are not in the same directory as head-office Microsoft 365.
- Drawings and quality records live next to the ERP with a backup that was only tested on file shares.
- Someone turned MFA off on a floor account because it “got in the way of the shift.”

How we work
How the work is split
Managed IT keeps the estate running. Managed Security owns identity and email. Managed Integration joins Dynamics, Epicor, or SAP to Microsoft 365 when a connector or Power Platform will do. Managed Engineering builds the gap when a package will not — custom .NET and APIs, not a second ERP. Managed AI is available when the plant wants Copilot or other models on that estate — not a chatbot on this website.

Does EC only serve manufacturing?
No. This is one of ten industry pages. Headquarters is Langley. The same five practices apply in every sector.
Do we have to move off Dynamics, Epicor, or SAP to work with you?
No. Those are systems we support. Keep them.
Do you implement SAP for companies that do not already run it?
This page is support for SAP when it is already the system of record. It is not a blank-sheet SAP build.
Is this the same as Wholesale and retail?
No. Wholesale and retail is inventory, the order, and the storefront. This page is production. Some firms sit in both. Start here if the plant is the problem.
Do you work outside Langley?
Yes. Work is delivered from Langley across B.C. and the rest of Canada. There is no separate manufacturing branch.
