Operations
What breaks first
- The ERP and the storefront are both “in the cloud” and nobody owns the join when an order hits one and not the other.
- Warehouse scanners and store PCs are not in the same directory as head-office Microsoft 365.
- Inventory and customer lists live in Dynamics or NetSuite with a backup that was only tested on file shares.
- Staff use personal inboxes or personal Shopify logins because MFA was treated as optional for the shop floor.

How we work
How the work is split

Does EC only serve wholesale and retail?
No. This is one of ten industry pages. Headquarters is Langley. The same five practices apply in every sector.
Do we have to move off Dynamics, Shopify, or NetSuite to work with you?
No. Those are systems we support. Keep them.
Is this the same as Manufacturing?
No. Manufacturing is the plant and the shop floor. This page is inventory, the order, and the storefront. Some firms sit in both. Start here if commerce is the problem.
Do you work outside Langley?
Yes. Work is delivered from Langley across B.C. and the rest of Canada. There is no separate wholesale-retail branch.
