Operations
What breaks first
- Ticketing and scanning are in one cloud, concessions in another, and nobody owns the join when doors open.
- Front-office email and shared files are on Microsoft 365 with the same weak sharing as any other office — except the list is season-seat holders and donors.
- League or membership tools (SportsEngine, TeamSnap, Wild Apricot) sit on staff laptops that are not in the same directory as the venue.
- Cameras and access control (Genetec, Avigilon, Lenel, HID) ride a network that is not watched with the rest of the estate.
- Backup was tested on file shares, not on the box office or the POS.
We treat event day and the front office as one estate.

Do we have to change our ticketing or POS to work with you?
No. The platforms on this page are systems we support. Keep them.
Is this the same as Non Profit or Construction?
No. Fundraising charities with no venue sit on Non Profit. Building the venue sits on Construction. Operating the team, the house, and the association sits here.
