EC Managed IT supports non-profits whose day is donors, programs, and a small team. The fundraising system and the program system have to stay up. Email, identity, and backup have to sit under the same owner as those records.
A Raiser’s Edge or Salesforce outage is a campaign or a case file you cannot open. A compromised mailbox is donor and client data. Those are operations failures, not tickets to close after the event.

What breaks first
- Donor and program systems are both “in the cloud” and the first outage notice is staff who cannot pull a list before an ask or a site visit.
- Laptops used at home and at events are not in the same directory as the office.
- The only copy of a campaign export sits in one mailbox.
- MFA was skipped on a shared fundraising login because it “slowed the room down.”

How we work
How the work is split
Managed IT keeps the estate running. Managed Security owns identity and email. Managed Integration joins Raiser’s Edge or Salesforce to Microsoft 365 when a connector or Power Platform will do. Managed Engineering builds the gap when it will not. Managed AI is available when the organization wants Copilot or other models on that estate — not a chatbot on this website. Donor and program files do not go into an unmanaged personal tool.

Does EC only serve non-profits?
No. This is one of ten industry pages. Headquarters is Langley. The same five practices apply in every sector.
Do we have to move off Raiser’s Edge or Salesforce to work with you?
No. Those are systems we support. Keep them.
Is this the same as Sports, venues, and associations?
No. Teams, venues, and sport associations sit there. Fundraising and program organizations without an event-day stack sit here.
Do you work outside Langley?
Yes. Work is delivered from Langley across B.C. and the rest of Canada. There is no separate non-profit branch.
